First Floor Bathroom New Construction/Addition in Ashland, MA

Not every project starts with an existing room to work with. For this Ashland homeowner, we built a brand new first-floor bathroom from the ground up, adding a feature the home never had. That meant framing the new space, running it through rough plumbing and electrical, and building out every detail before it ever looked like a bathroom at all.
Once the structure was in place, we finished it out with a tiled shower, fixtures, and a clean, modern look that fits naturally into the rest of the home. It's a great example of what a home addition can do, not just adding square footage, but adding real, everyday functionality that changes how a family uses their home.
