54 Hammond St, Bathroom Renovation

What started as a routine bathroom renovation turned into something much bigger. Once Harold opened the walls, it was clear this bathroom had years of hidden damage — active mold growth, a rotted subfloor, and a toilet sinking into the floor. None of it was visible from the surface.
Harold handled the full scope: mold remediation, subfloor replacement, waterproofing membrane, soundproofing, sheetrock, new tile throughout, and a new exterior exhaust fan. Every layer done right, not just what the eye can see. The result is a bathroom that's not just better looking — it's structurally sound and built to last.
